Bathrooms are refined and textural — porcelain tiles with epoxy grout, frameless glass, brushed stainless finishes. Clean lines, but warm in tone.

The 21m² balcony extends the living area naturally, capturing breezes and light. Doors open, air moves through, and the apartment feels balanced from morning through to evening.

At 101m² on title, the proportions are generous. Secure parking and separate storage complete the practical side of the story.
